Airbnb C-suite protects Open Air Homes and covers up lab

^ the federal court case against some of the Airbnb / Open Air Homes renters who were arrested shortly after leaving my home and eventually convicted for producing and distributing fentanyl in my home, as reported by major Mexican news outlet Milenio. 

After catching Open Air Homes employees inside my vacant and destroyed house when I returned in October 2024, I settled in to defend the home from a constant stream of addicts who would try to get inside or hang around and occasionally damage the property like the side steps. I received threatening notes telling me to "share my wealth and home" etc. Every addict interaction at the house was fraught with tension and potential violence. It was terrifying to even be inside my home.

The home itself was disgusting in a way that is difficult to even describe. I would only go straight to the bedroom to sleep, and leave again in the morning. I tried to never touch anything. I didn't use the shower or anything in the house. I would break out in hives regularly. I was constantly ill. The heat had been dismantled by the renters, and there were holes in the walls and a perpetual thick and nauseating smell from the flooding and whatever else went on in the house during the rental. And every sound was like ok is this an addict coming in here? 

But I wanted to at least sleep in the house each night so that no addict or squatter could try to legally delay eviction. I was desperate to get help and rebuild as soon as possible so I could eventually sell it and leave. This was the only home I've ever owned and I had put everything into it from my twenty year career. 

Looking back, I should have just sold it to one of those cash as-is buyer companies right after Yoshi Camacho's check out day and I would have lost a lot less money and saved myself from the entire dangerous and harrowing post-Airbnb-Open-Air-Homes experience.

After Open Air Homes pushed me off on Airbnb a few days after Yoshi Camacho's check out day in August, I was in almost daily communication with Airbnb and Crawford Insurance (the administrator of Airbnb's Aircover "Insurance").

I gave Crawford Insurance everything they asked for, including multiple police reports etc, by early September 2024. 

They delayed and denied for months. I begged for help on a nearly daily basis via emails and phone calls. I would often copy Airbnb's Investor Relations because I knew that if I made a big enough stink, the C-suite would eventually have to at least internally acknowledge it and do something. I figured how could the Airbnb C-suite not jump on getting this handled properly to protect their business? It's an insane story, and back then I didn't even know half of it.  

I even occasionally begged with emails directly appealing to C-suite members and copying in various groups in the company. I pleaded that every day the house sat in this condition was dangerous for me and my neighbors. And I was eventually proven correct in hindsight-- as soon as work began on the house in early December 2024, the addicts stopped coming and I never saw any addicts on the street again after that. But October and November were like a nightmare I still can't believe really happened.

Multiple lawyers told me that almost nobody ever gets money from Airbnb insurance in almost any scenario, even with big money and expensive lawyers involved. Everybody said it was hopeless but I had naive faith that the Airbnb C-suite would have to see this because it's so wild, and I assumed that they must be smart enough to make it a top priority to understand how it happened and try to make changes so it is less likely to happen again. I also just naively assumed that they would not intentionally cover up or knowingly ignore and deny clandestine fentanyl labs they are enabling because of the devastating suffering they cause. I was wrong.

^ A few days before Thanksgiving, I sent this email to Airbnb's and Crawford Insurance's C-suites and other employees. Zoom in, it's pretty funny I think. It became unintentionally ominous when Luigi Mangione killed Brian Thompson only twelve days after I sent it. After this email, Rohit Verma slunk away in shame and resigned and exited Crawford under the radar in 2025. He is now CEO of something called "Alight",  a so-called "leading cloud-based human capital and technology-enabled services provider". Hopefully it has nothing to do with fentanyl.

Anyway, by the end of November 2024 I was exhausted and desperate. Crawford Insurance continued to deny and delay while Airbnb ignored repeated pleas for help.

Within minutes after I sent this email shaming Crawford's CEO, Airbnb called me. When I said that I can't imagine they actually read my emails, the Airbnb person responded that the C-suite execs escalated my email which is why they called me. Within a day or so, CFO Ellie Mertz approved a payment to me that at least bridged the gap I needed to cover the mortgage for a few months and get the house redone with proper gutting of the effects of the flooding etc, and not rush selling it. I could afford to rebuild the house and leave it even better than I bought it, and sell and leave LA and get on with my life. I was desperate and grateful.

At first Airbnb tried to make me sign an agreement with them and with Open Air Homes to get the payment. I wanted the money to go directly to me and not through Open Air Homes, because I had to assume they would keep the money. And sure enough, because Open Air Homes wanted the payment to go to them instead of to me, they refused to sign the agreement. 

After a few days, Airbnb suddenly cut Open Air Homes out of the agreement and were eager for me to sign an agreement only with them. I was willing to sign anything out of desperation to not default and to move toward getting out of this harrowing situation.

I signed the agreement with Airbnb to get the check. They included language that I can't talk shit about Airbnb. But when I read the Milenio April 2026 article and saw the bigger picture more clearly, that became null and void. All jokes aside, humanity needs to know about this.

Kiss my ass Chesky. You covered up a fucking fentanyl production lab in my home. And you covered it up while I begged you from a disgusting and dangerous situation that you knowingly enabled to protect your revenues and business model. You and Ellie made the call for Airbnb to withhold information and gaslight me and to defend Open Air Homes and protect your own short term profits and your "cost saving" A.I. global guest approvals. 

^ It took more than three months of daily phone calls, emails, and then an email mean enough that a CEO resigned to get any acknowledgement of my existence.

Anyway, the point is: Chesky, if you want something, come and take it. 

And if you try to claim Airbnb wasn't covering it up and just somehow didn't know about the lab and the arrests-- that might be even worse. In that case, imagine all of the clandestine fentanyl labs in the US and globally that Airbnb is willfully turning a blind eye on right now with criminal negligence.

You could claim it was an isolated incident that Ellie handled with malice toward me personally as some sort of illuminati revenge plot from Jay and Ted lol. But that's all probably just a coincidental connection, I guess. Honestly, it's Airbnb's best defense so you might want to consider ratting out Jay if it's true lol. I don't believe in conspiracies but we just have to at least consider it since everything else is so damning that it's not completely off the table.

Either: 

1. Airbnb C-suite somehow didn't know about the lab or the arrests or the trial or the situation, it just slipped through the cracks because this stuff just happens to Airbnb all the time. This would also mean that the business itself is too dangerous to run as it does now without very serious regulation at the very least. It would also mean there should be a legal obligation for Airbnb to report their clandestine fentanyl labs to the public and authorities. It would also mean that because of criminal negligence or greed or both, Airbnb is a global enabler of clandestine fentanyl production labs and distribution (they might want to start with looking into their sloppy A.I. guest approvals first), or 

2. the Airbnb C-suite knowingly withheld this information from me, the community I lived in, the authorities, and the public so they could protect their business against regulators and to protect their own short term profits. Which means they probably do it all the time, and even just once is criminal, let alone the unknown number of labs enabled and covered up in Airbnb homes globally.

It's one or the other.

Regardless of whether or not there's any conspiracies here, these are concrete examples of moral and legal crimes committed by C-suite execs and billionaires using their profound power and emerging A.I. tech to profit from the suffering of the rest of humanity.

I swear I'm not actually a conspiracy theorist in real life (just for website comedy purposes!), but the reality is: these individuals, all connected through their business and power and money, did this stuff, and it is all easily provable with subpoenas. That's the point of this website. The actions of these individuals from TCV, Airbnb, Open Air Homes, Sportradar, and Netflix detailed on this website are all real and easily provable. 

Whether or not Jay Hoag and TCV are the evil puppet masters in an illuminati conspiracy, who knows lol, but you can certainly see the case for it. I've never met Jay Hoag, but if any wild religious conspiracy theorists want to look into his demonic entities or antichrist stuff or whatever, go for it. He's Catholic too, and he's directly opposed to the Pope over A.I. and pretty much everything else about him, so demonic possession is on the table!!! What a dickhead!!

Anyway, I had absolutely no idea what really happened in the house during the rental until a year later, after I had rebuilt the house mostly with my own money, and sold it and left LA. 

Federal agent Lyndon Versoza, the government's lead expert in smuggling rings and human trafficking of children and adults, called me out of the blue. I made him email me from a government email before talking. He told me that some of the people who left the house on check out day back in August 2024 were quickly arrested, and had already been convicted. They were "major fentanyl dealers". He asked if I wanted to give a victim statement for sentencing because they were in my destroyed house, and I said no because I don't want anything to do with any of this and I don't want any beef with organized crime and cartels. Thanks Ellie Mertz. 

All law enforcement at all levels from LAPD to federal agents were incredibly supportive throughout this experience. I am grateful to them, unlike all of the corporations and insurance companies involved. 

I had some great and very helpful lawyers throughout this experience too, but they all eventually quit when it came time to engage Open Air Homes in a lawsuit because they said it's too dangerous to engage Open Air Homes over this with their apparent cartel connections. 

When he walked away, the latest lawyer told me a story about his late lawyer friend named Jeff Tidus who was shot and killed in his front yard the night before a trial involving organized crime. Let that sink in. I can't even find a lawyer who isn't afraid to engage Open Air Homes about this after they look at everything. And this website is just a tiny piece of all of it. 

So just letting everybody out there know you might want to think twice about hiring them to manage your home lol.

^ here's a link to former Airbnb Aircover chief administrator/denier/delayer Rohit Verma talking about how great A.I. is for the insurance industry, and discussing "the empathy that we all that work in the insurance industry need to have to make sure that we recognize the fact that the individual is probably having the worst day of their life." For me it was the worst months of my life while Mr. Verma made sure his company systematically delayed and denied (until my email that embarrassed him so much that I got a check approved immediately).

I would have also linked to Open Air Homes CEO Brad Greiner's TikTok post where he frames himself as a short term rental spiritual guru and discusses how he is starting "Field Trip" as a part of Open Air Homes specializing in wellness retreats in homes, but he took it down after I made fun of it.

In 2026, major Mexican news outlet Milenio reported that US federal documents state that my home had been an Airbnb rental that was the largest and "third clandestine lab" in the first confirmed major fentanyl production lab network in the US. 

And my home was the biggest lab and the only lab in the network that authorities couldn't inspect, because Open Air Homes rushed to dismantle and remove it before authorities could get to it. Authorities knew it was there-- court documents reveal that they had an undercover agent in my house at some point during the rental, as reported by Milenio.

The Airbnb C-suite's choice was to not tell me that I had been living and breathing in the remnants of a clandestine fentanyl lab for months, and that my home was a dangerous place to be at that time while addicts came around and I had no idea that major fentanyl dealers had already been arrested and eventually convicted, which was kept from me by Airbnb and their fleet of lawyers even as I repeatedly begged for help. 

They withheld the renter arrest information and all of the legal documentation and information detailing the clandestine fentanyl lab and their renters from me, and from the Laurel Canyon community where I lived on Lookout Mountain, authorities, their own investors, and the public that Airbnb endangers nationally and globally each day.

And if they didn't know and this just happens all the time? That's even more damning.

Fuck you Chesky and Mertz you evil pieces of shit. Come at me and you will ensure that you eventually find out what prison feels like for a billionaire. I'm begging ANY party referenced on this website to take legal action. You won't, because TCV and daddy Jay will be in deep shit with investors and authorities if even one legitimate news outlet reports any of this. And any lawsuit will just lead to the evidence coming to light from your respective companies.

Come to Kensington and see the suffering you profit from enabling and covering up. Or just look outside your corporate offices, or at the communities you pass through on the way to your fortified mansions. 

Regardless of what the authorities do, eventually humanity and history will be your judge. 

To cartel etc that TCV and Airbnb and Open Air Homes profit from, I stay out of your business. 

But to amoral C-suite execs and their billionaire handlers who are malevolent toward humanity? I'm way up in your business. As you can tell, I'm staggering information. As Conspiracy Bill might say, unbuckle your seatbelts for what's coming. You too A.I. Ted and Hyman. If your names are eventually remembered by history, it will be for some awful shit you did to humanity at the dawn of A.I.
